Reading this blog is intended to be the most convenient way for people to learn about procrastination.  Procrastination is a broad subject, however.  So every post should be tagged for your reading convenience.

Mindful Moments was started by me, Clay Ward, the co-founder of ProcrasDonate.com.  It stemmed from research that I was doing at the time into the ways that professionals (therapists, business schools, gurus) advise people to address their procrastination behaviors.  At first I just wanted to make sure that we were making something that would actually help people.  But then I started to realize how fascinated I have always been by the deeper meaning of work.  I wrote my masters thesis on the topic back when I was studying contemporary sculpture.  So this has become a labor of love for me.  For example, even that phrase, “a labor of love” sets the mind spinning.

Please chime in.  I would love for this blog to become a place where we share with each other.
